All submitted applications received as of 4/15/2024 will be reviewed for the 2025 season.

 

Whitecaps Community Foundation 50/50 Program

As part of the Whitecaps Community Foundation’s efforts to give back, we welcome a select number of 501c3 non-profit organizations to raise funds at LMCU Ballpark on certain game dates each season. Priority is given to organizations that enrich the lives of youth in West Michigan. Please complete this application in its entirety and we’ll be in touch soon.

Applicant Questionnaire

1.) Has the organization applying ever participated in a 50/50 raffle at LMCU Ballpark?
2.) Will the organization be able to supply at least 10 volunteers ages 18 or older for their selected 50/50 date?

Please attach a letter for why your organization should be selected as a participant for the Whitecaps Community Foundation 50/50 raffle program including the following information:

  • A brief description of the non-profit organization
  • How specifically the money raised by the 50/50 raffle money would be used
  • What programs are currently in place for promotion and fund-raising within the organization.
